Ad Hock Technologies Affiliate Program — Rules & Regulations

Current version: 1 · Effective: 2026-08-17 07:11:56

1. Purpose and status of the program

The Ad Hock Technologies Affiliate Program allows approved registered users to introduce new clients to Ad Hock Technologies and earn commission on qualifying payments made by clients who registered through their unique affiliate link. Participation is voluntary. A recruiter is an independent referrer and is not an employee, partner, agent, franchisee or legal representative of Ad Hock Technologies and has no authority to bind the company.

2. Eligibility and application

Only a registered Ad Hock Technologies user who is not an employee may apply. Applicants must provide truthful and current information, a physical address, next-of-kin name and contact details, and identity verification using either a National ID or passport. National ID applicants must upload both front and back images. Passport applicants must upload the identity/details page. Applicants must have legal capacity to accept these Rules and Regulations.

3. Verification and privacy

Identity documents and affiliate verification information are used only for identity verification, fraud-prevention, payment and program administration. Access to affiliate administration information is restricted to authorised HR, IT and Super Admin personnel according to their duties. Identity document files must not be publicly exposed and are deleted automatically after an application is approved; the verified legal name, date of birth, gender, country of origin and identity/passport number are retained as verified profile information. Personal information will be handled under applicable Lesotho data-protection and privacy law and company security procedures.

4. Approval and recruiter status

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. A user becomes a recruiter only after approval. Approved recruiters receive a unique referral code, registration link and verified recruiter blue badge. The legal name on the account is updated to match the approved identity document. Verified identity profile fields cannot be directly edited by the recruiter; changes must be requested and approved. Recruiter status may be active, suspended, blocked, deletion-pending, badge-revoked or deleted.

5. Referral attribution

A referral is attributed when a new client completes registration through a valid active recruiter link. The direct recruiter remains linked to that client for qualifying future orders unless Ad Hock Technologies corrects an error, duplicate account, fraud or abuse. Self-referrals, fabricated users, duplicate accounts and manipulation of attribution are prohibited.

6. Commission

The standard commission is 20% of qualifying amounts actually paid by a directly referred client and received by Ad Hock Technologies. Commission is calculated per qualifying payment and displayed automatically in the recruiter dashboard. Pending commission becomes eligible when the underlying order is completed and remains subject to refund, cancellation, chargeback, fraud and payment verification. Commission may be reversed or adjusted where money is refunded, charged back or not finally retained by the company. No commission is paid merely for registrations, quotations, unpaid orders or free trials.

7. Referral network visibility

Recruiters may view their direct referees and the number of people later referred by each direct referee who becomes an approved recruiter. This visibility is for network reporting only. The standard program pays commission on direct referrals only; no second-level or multi-level commission is created unless Ad Hock Technologies publishes a separate written rule.

8. Earnings status and payment

Earnings may display as Pending, Eligible, Held, Paid or Reversed. The standard minimum payout is M500 in eligible earnings. Eligible balances below M500 roll forward. Normal payout date is the 25th of each month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or recognised public holiday, payment moves to the next business day unless the company announces an earlier processing date. Payment remains subject to successful identity and payment-method verification.

9. Marketing conduct

Recruiters must market honestly and lawfully. They must not spam, impersonate Ad Hock Technologies employees, make false income guarantees, misrepresent prices or services, use deceptive advertising, misuse confidential information, or make promises that have not been authorised by the company. Recruiters must clearly identify themselves as independent affiliates when appropriate.

10. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, forged identification, account farming, self-dealing, unauthorised access, harassment, misleading claims, manipulation of orders or payments, or attempts to defeat program controls may result in immediate blocking, reversal of affected commission and further action.

11. Suspension, blocking and review

HR may suspend an affiliate account with a reason recorded and shown to the recruiter. A suspended recruiter may request review through the member area. HR may block an affiliate account where necessary to protect the company, clients or program; a block may be applied without publishing an operational or security reason to the recruiter. Restrictions affect affiliate privileges and earnings processing but do not automatically erase historical records.

12. Deletion

HR may request deletion of an affiliate profile. Deletion only takes effect after Super Admin approval. Super Admin may approve or reject the request with or without a written reason. Historical financial, referral, audit and compliance records may be retained where reasonably required.

13. Recruiter responsibilities

Recruiters must keep their account, email, address, identity information and payment details accurate; protect their credentials; use only their own affiliate link; and promptly report suspected misuse. Recruiters are responsible for their own tax and legal obligations arising from affiliate income.

14. No guaranteed income

The program does not guarantee earnings, orders, conversion rates or a minimum payment. Earnings depend on valid direct referrals and qualifying client payments.

15. Changes to the rules

Super Admin may update these Rules and Regulations on behalf of Ad Hock Technologies. Material changes will be published in the member area or affiliate terms page. Continued participation after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; the company may require explicit re-acceptance for significant changes.

16. Termination and outstanding earnings

A recruiter may stop promoting the program at any time. Ad Hock Technologies may end or change the program subject to applicable obligations. Valid eligible earnings may be processed after final verification, while fraudulent, reversed or disputed amounts may be withheld or reversed.

17. Badge removal and loss of affiliate privileges

HR may request removal of a recruiter verified badge. Badge removal takes effect only after Super Admin approval. Once approved, the recruiter immediately loses affiliate privileges, the referral link is disabled, no new affiliate commission accrues, payout processing is held for review, and the dedicated affiliate dashboard is removed from the user interface. The underlying client account remains active as a normal registered-user account unless separately restricted. Verified identity and historical referral, financial and audit records remain retained for lawful administration and recordkeeping.

18. Governing framework and disputes

The program is administered by Ad Hock Technologies (Pty) Ltd in Lesotho and is subject to applicable Lesotho law. Program questions and review requests should first be submitted through the member area so they can be formally recorded and reviewed.

19. Acceptance

By applying, the applicant confirms that the information and documents supplied are genuine, that these Rules and Regulations have been read and understood, and that the applicant agrees to comply with them.
